Glenn Stephens Field Day

Field Day at Glenn Stephens Elementary School

Done in a Day Projects: Stephens Field Day
by Sarah Galanter, Glenn Stephens School Principal

Over 20 volunteers, many from Research Park, came to help and cheer-on over 450 students and staff at Glenn Stephens School on June 9, 2009 for Field Day! The events ranged from hoola hooping, relay race, and parachute, to jump roping, rock climbing and soccer and football skills. The weather cooperated and all students participated in ten events! It couldn't have been done without the help of the volunteers. Many staff members commented on how great it was to have volunteers running the events. By the looks on the volunteers faces they had a great time too!

Following are photos from Glenn Stephens' Elementary School Field Day.
Thanks to all the wonderful volunteers who helped make it happen!
