University Research Park and Exact Sciences partnered in 2018 to create a new corporate headquarters for Exact Sciences at URP.

Known as Innovation One, the building at 5505 Endeavor Lane marks a new priority for URP to reimagine the park as a denser, more active and pedestrian friendly tech environment for the west side of Madison.

University Research Park purchased and leased back Exact Science’s research lab at 501 Charmany and then expanded that facility with a new 135,000sf office and amenity development, including a 346-stall underground parking structure and ready-to-go expansion site. The building is developed and owned by University Research Park and designed by Valerio Dewalt Train Architects. The building and interiors were constructed by J.H. Findorff & Sons, Inc. Exact Sciences has leased the entire facility and developed the interiors with Potter Lawson Architects.
