Discovery to Product (D2P) is pleased to share its Annual Impact Report. Learn how D2P makes a difference, providing mentoring, training and funding to UW–Madison innovators and startups and connecting campus and community ecosystems.
Avenues to Impact: D2P has helped launch or grow 117 startups since 2014 and awarded $1.6M to 35 campus PI’s in fiscal year 2023.
Supporting campus innovators: In the most recent fiscal year, D2P mentored 379 faculty, staff and students from 17 schools, colleges and divisions.
Collaboration for results: D2P facilitates the Innovate Network, a group of 19 university entities and campus affiliates working together to support campus innovators and foster a campus culture of entrepreneurship.
