Go Red for Women– The American Heart Association’s signature women’s initiative, Go Red for Women, is a comprehensive platform designed to increase women’s heart health awareness and serve as a catalyst for change to improve women’s lives globally.

STEM Goes Red- As cardiovascular disease continues to be the number one killer of women, ensuring more women are at the forefront of developing science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) solutions has never been more imperative. America’s STEM workforce is at the forefront for ideation, patent creation, science and research, and innovation vital to today’s economy and tomorrow’s future. Unfortunately, a troubling gender gap exists in STEM, from the lack of women pursuing STEM-related degrees to the number of women in STEM careers. The AHA is working to close these opportunity gaps through STEM Goes Red.
