This 8-week class is designed to introduce mindfulness meditation as a way of developing greater balance, ease, and fuller participation in your life. This session is specifically offered for those who identify as people of color/multiracial/racial minority and who are willing to engage in the practice of mindfulness.

Explore the benefits of mindful awareness in moving meditations. This active class involves sequences of slow physical movements inspired by forms of Qigong, a Chinese wellbeing practice several thousands of years old, supporting flexibility and strength of body and mind.
