University Research Park, located three miles west of the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus, is home to more than 126 companies that employ over 3,500 people. The non-profit, internationally recognized research and technology park has 37 buildings with more than 1.8 million square feet of office and laboratory space used by a broad range of start-up companies, many of which are focused on biotechnology.
