Explore a taste of Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) in a half-day virtual retreat before the holiday season kicks off.
Teachers: Bob Gillespie, PhD and Emily Hagenmaier, LCSW bring heart, pop culture references, depth, and humor to the MSC curriculum. We hope you will join us for a morning to care for ourselves with authenticity, warmth and compassion.
MSC teachings are based on the revolutionary research of self-compassion by Dr. Kristin Neff. Compelling findings from a growing mountain of research studies show that self-compassion is strongly associated with emotional well-being, increased resilience, lower levels of anxiety and depression, healthy habits such as diet and exercise, and more satisfying personal relationships.
