This in-person session will provide students (grades 6-12) a chance to explore some traditional mindfulness practices, movement-based practices, nature-awareness, and time for self-reflection and connection with others. Activities will support students in learning new skills, freshening existing ones, and enhancing resilience through awareness, compassion, and kindness.

No previous experience with mindfulness is necessary. All are welcome.
Sessions will follow CDC guidelines and UW Health screenings that are in effect at the time of the class session.
