Explore the benefits of mindful awareness in moving meditations. This active class involves sequences of slow physical movements inspired by forms of Qigong, a Chinese wellbeing practice several thousands of years old, supporting flexibility and strength of body and mind.

The heart of this 5-week course is to fully connect with the “Now” moments of our day-to-day lives through the practice of photography. Visual exercises and assignments will help to realize the ever-present beauty of the ordinary world around us.
The Innovation to Market course is intended as an entry point for innovators, seekers of a creative solutions, designers of novel approaches to social problems or makers of impactful products at the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
The 2023 season of the Westside Community Market commences on April 15th at our new location in front of the MG&E Innovation Center at 505 S. Rosa Road. Your neighborhood, vendor-run, community farmers’ market featuring a diverse selection of fresh produce, Wisconsin cheese and meats, honey, eggs, fresh bakery, cut flowers, plants, hand-crafted foods and more, all from Wisconsin farmers & food artisans.
